Sunday Dec 1st and luckily the start of Marcothon lands on a weekend, so the first day of December running is just part of my usual routine.
Its a fresh cool day, no ice and bright wintry skies. Alison and I opt for our regular Dell route, and as it’s Sunday we see a fair number of fellow runners heading in the opposite direction.
Five miles completed and fired up by running joy the next 30 days seem achievable.
