Spring has sprung

 

Is so long since I wrote anything about running, but this morning was a home working day so I joined my good chum Alison for a  morning run. What a beautiful morning it was – sparkly spring sunshine glinting through the tall trees, wild garlic everywhere, birds singing and buds busting out everywhere.

Fantastic start to the day
